Safeguarding-first, employer-led, and priced within Turing and Erasmus+ grant rates. We organise, deliver and report the whole 14-day placement — your students come home changed.
Our placements sit in Porto's working districts — kitchens, workshops, studios, care settings and shop floors. The images here are illustrative of the city and our programme. We will publish photography from our own partner workplaces and accommodation once our first cohorts have travelled, with consent — and never stock imagery of other people's students.
Every placement is matched to the learner's course and supervised by a named workplace mentor. Real work with real responsibility — not observation, not shadowing.

Inside published grant rates
Attendance logs, learner outcomes and a full end-of-programme report within 10 working days of return — in the format your funding audit needs.
Runs the ground operation: employers, accommodation, transfers and the daily rhythm of every cohort. Named and introduced to your college before any student travels.
Qualified safeguarding professional overseeing vetting, welfare protocols and incident response. Named, with qualifications evidenced, before any student travels.
Through your college's Turing Scheme grant (and Erasmus+ from 2027/28). Our programmes are priced within the DfE's published rates for Portugal, so placements cost your college nothing beyond the grant it already holds.
How do you keep students safe?
A named Designated Safeguarding Lead, vetted staff and host employers, risk-assessed accommodation, daily welfare contact and a 24/7 emergency line for the full placement. Our complete safeguarding policy is available to download and discuss.
What do we need to provide as a college?
Your student list and curriculum areas, a named college contact, and sign-off at each stage. We handle everything else — matching, logistics, delivery and the final report.
Can you support SEND learners?
Yes — 7-day adapted programmes with individual support plans agreed with your SENCO before travel. Additional Turing funding covers the extra support costs.
